We currently sell only within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping. We do not accept custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order product requests unless clearly stated on a specific product page, and at this time such custom products are not offered.

9. Payment Terms

We currently accept PayPal only as the payment method on the Site.

When you place an order, payment must be authorized and completed through PayPal before the order can proceed to processing. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the payment details are valid.

If a transaction is canceled or reversed, some third-party payment processing charges or banking-related fees may be non-refundable where those charges have already been assessed by the payment provider.

10. Shipping Terms

We ship only within the United States, including all 50 states.

We offer Standard Shipping only. We do not provide expedited or express shipping. Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (UTC-8 / America/Los_Angeles) on business days.

Estimated processing time is typically 0 to 1 business day, and estimated transit time is typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery promises.

Free shipping does not include installation, unboxing, setup, assembly, haul-away, or other in-home services.

11. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for items that are defective or damaged in transit. We do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons, including change of mind or buyer preference.

If an item is damaged during transit, the customer must report the issue within 72 hours of the recorded delivery time and provide the required supporting materials, including photos of the item and packaging.

For approved returns involving defective or transit-damaged items, we bear the return shipping cost. Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, although posting time may vary depending on PayPal or the customer’s financial institution.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, graphics, images, icons, logos, page layouts, website design elements, software, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ryvika Coffee and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
