Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, the delivery method we offer, our order cutoff time, processing estimates, shipping estimates, and what is included in our free shipping service.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Method
We offer Standard Shipping only.
We do not offer expedited shipping, express shipping, priority delivery, scheduled delivery, white-glove delivery, installation, unboxing, assembly, or in-home setup services.
3. Shipping Cost
We provide Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States.
Free shipping applies to transportation of the purchased goods only. Free shipping does not include optional service fees because we do not offer optional delivery add-ons. It also does not include installation, unboxing, assembly, or removal of packaging materials.
4. No Optional Fees
We do not charge optional delivery fees or hidden shipping-related add-on charges as part of the standard checkout flow. Any applicable tax, if required, is shown during checkout before payment is completed.
5. Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (UTC-8 / America/Los_Angeles) on business days.
Orders placed before the cutoff time are generally reviewed for processing the same business day or the next business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
6. Processing Time
Estimated order processing time is typically 0 to 1 business day.
Processing time refers to order review, payment confirmation, preparation, and handoff for shipment. Processing estimates are not delivery guarantees.
7. Transit Time
Estimated standard shipping transit time is typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, public holidays, volume surges, address verification needs, or other factors outside our direct control.
8. Delivery Timing
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless such guarantee is expressly stated in writing at checkout. All shipping and delivery windows shown on the Site are estimates only.
9. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.
10. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must report the issue within 72 hours of the recorded delivery time.
To help us review the claim, please provide:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Any visible shipping label if available
Claims for transit damage may be limited if the issue is reported after the 72-hour reporting window.
11. Returned Shipments and Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect customer-provided address information or repeated delivery failure not caused by us, we may contact the customer to determine next steps. Additional handling may depend on the condition and status of the returned package.
